Select an approach, then select the arrival. Now the arrival reflects the correct runway.

an approach with no route discontinuity

- LSKs don't work if there's an error message in the scratchpad.
Tested on a live FMS September 15, 2021. Updated the tutorial and the FMS emulator.

(VECTOR) instead of the correct (INTC) for all runways except RW27.
- Removed the duplicate initial climb out of a missed approach when
the missed approach procedure has an initial climb leg
- The sort order of approaches on the Pegasus is based on ident, not on
runway. A Smiths 737 FMS will have ILS 08, RNAV 08, ILS 10. The
Pegasus will have ILS 08, ILS 10, RNAV 08.
